Transitioning from Sea to Shore: Ship Management educational opportunities

BCA College is the oldest Maritime College in Greece (1971) and the first academic institution to have developed academic curricula in the fields of Maritime Studies, at both Bachelor’s and Master’s level. BCA has also established a new venture in the form of the Greek Institute of Maritime Education (GIME), aimed at exporting BCA’s 50-year experience to the rest of the world, via online education. BCA has partnered with the two of the world’s largest Ship managers, VGROUP and Nasdaq-listed Costamare Inc. Both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes and their curricula will be presented and a brief demonstration of the GIME’s e-learning platform will be conducted.
