The conference aims to shed light on the application of Artificial Intelligence in the shipping industry, with a focus on the changes it entails and will bring in the near future for seafarers and their work. Speakers will discuss the new tasks captains and crews will be expected to perform, their professional and legal responsibilities, and the emerging training needs to enable workers to adequately address the challenges of digitalization onboard.
