For those coming from the A12, we recommend the Genova Ovest or Genova Est exits: for those exiting at Genova Est, we recommend following the urban traffic signs for the Porto Antico area or the Fiera di Genova.

For those exiting at Genova Ovest, take the Aldo Moro elevated road and follow the directions below.

For those arriving in Genoa via the A7 (Milan), we recommend the Genova Ovest exit and the Sopraelevata.

Once on the Aldo Moro elevated road, for the Porto Antico, exit at the first junction, continue past the pedestrian entrance to the Porto Antico area, and then enter the access road to the Porto Antico area located next to the Guardia di Finanza barracks. Follow the signs for the area’s parking lots (paid).

For the Old Port area, we recommend getting off at the Genoa Piazza Principe train station. From there, the Old Port can be reached:

On foot in 10-15 minutes
By bus 35 towards Via Vannucci, Gramsci 2 stop/Darsena metro station
or bus 1, departing from the Marittima/Principe Fs stop and terminating at Piazza Caricamento.
By metro towards Brignole, get off at San Giorgio.
If you prefer to use the Genova Brignole train station, the Port Area can be reached:

By bus no. 13, towards Turati/Metro San Giorgio, get off at the terminus
By metro towards Brin, get off at San Giorgio.

By bus with Volabus (Piazza De Ferrari stop for Porto Antico and Stagione Genova Brignole stop for Fiera). Tickets cost €6.00 and can be purchased on board.
